Why do you want it to rev that high? There will be no power there.

They may well be indestructible, but my advice is still not to bother, you won't get any useable power at the top end, even 'with a cam in it' as it's a rubbish engine.
A 1.4 8v engine would be cheaper than a cam alone, and would be more powerful.
You can get a whole engine and gearbox for about £30...

With no rev limiter, no doubt it would rev to that.
How long it'll last is another story tho.
