My battery has gone flat on my corsa with xe engine in and canot be revived. It was the same battery as when it had the 1.4 16v engine in ( an 063 battery ).

Just wondered have people gone for a bigger sized battery when they have put a xe in or will another 063 be ok again?

I had to change mine the other day i used a corsa diesel battery, its about as big as you can fit on the tray

ive just got a bosch silver on mine and its fine.left it in the car while it was off the road when i was doing my last rebuild.built it all up and fired first time.

yeh that was a killwer with mine as i only get to drive it at weekends. would a 065 battery fir and do the job?

a corsa battery will do as long as it is in good working order.

i only drive mine at weekend and it was off the road for over a month before but the battery was still ok and didnt need charging/jumping

mine died the other day and that was the origenal 1.4 16v battery, went and put a 440ah in there and its fine
