ok call me daft or am i just misisn something, tried last nite to change my side light bulbs on standard lights, what part do i take out the back? or do i need to take the light off to access it, found a big black bulky thing with a sort of screw piece on it, what is this?
any help appreciated

there should be a little black clip you will need to take off and then turn the holder 90 degrees and then it just pulls out.

c thats wat i thougt bt it comes so far out then just stops as if something isnt letting go

if you've done all that it should come out fine mate, did you definitely turn it until it won't turn anymore?

yeah its got a small screw part on top o it, i unscrewd that and then turnd 90degreese untill no more n still wouldnt come out

does any1 have any pics? make sure im unscrewing teh rite bit lol im at work so wont be able to have another go till 2moz

it doesnt have a screw on any part of it. Look through the lens and youll see the sidelight below the H4 bulb. Get your hand behind the headlamp and start wiggling all the plugs till the sidelight bulb moves, then thats the one you need. One more clue is, its plugged in below the main H4 bulb

This is what you need to change mate, take the clip off, twist and pull out.
