Mate i have no experience and did this myself last week. It took me 20mins, and youll be able to work it out for yourself - dead easy.
You will need a strange sorta screw driver though - cant remeber the name, like a star head, only more like a star if that makes sense.
Good luck

Also when youe taking the bottom of the rear seat off just take the screws out and slide the seat off towards the front of car.

Easy.
You need a + head screwdriver and a T40 socket and rachet.
The base comes out by removing two lil plastic covers just below where the seat sits, undo the two + head screws and slide it out of the guides.
Rears - Open the boot and look in the two bottom corners. There are some near triangle peices of plastic held in my two + size screws each. Take them off and wiggle the pastic off. Then Undo the T40 bolt holding the seat to the car under that.
Now fold one of the seats forward look on the side of the folded seat (the new bit exposed) to find two more T40 bolts. Undo these and the backs come out.
As for the bracket, I think thats held down with either two more T40's OR a 17mm bolt

Yeah it does matter - one of the small differences between Post and Pre is the rear seat mounts
