After reading m2rtys post, id never heard/seen these before.

Ive been looking at ready built ones but there all like 500! Ive looked at prices and parts seem so cheap.

Ive never bult a pc, what would i need to build one? i want to view and record sky on it ive seen tv cards that can do this.

As for how much, im gonna by bits weekly, as an when i have some spare pennies. but dont wanna spend tooo much, maybe 400 tops
