That one has the hacked firmware already on it but that means no warranty and i'm not 100% sure on the ins and outs.
It may work but may stop working and its not as easy as jut bringing it over here.

they do work but not properly. the internet dosent work properly over here on the american ones so basically useless cus thats all they are good for
