As you can see from the pic My side skirt is bent as I bought it second hand from a scrappy and was already like it.
Is there anyway of repairing it or getting someone to repair it, or should I just try and get a new one?

i cant see the picture, my work computer wont let me, but you could try heating it up and bending it back into shape?
a good heat gun will get hot enough for it

depends what type of plastic it is.
may bend and keep its new shape when it cools or may just go back to what it was
