Are they worth lightening?
Cos they look massive compared to a normal flywheel!

forget bothering to lighten that flywheel, better off fitting a flat type nova gte one instead as these are much lighter an will be lighter than a lightened pot type one.

if you mean for the xe mate you will have to get one from an early xe and swap it over with a new clutch to match did it on mine revs alot quicker
