We have sky downstairs and multiroom upstairs....
Can we also have it put in the conseventory?

u can have a combination from 4 ports
sky+ taking up 2 and normal sky taking 1 port

Not sure about octo ones but the support quads because they fit them.

can do it yourself if you know how to use a compass - just requires two people, one to stare at the config screen of the sky box the other aligning the dish.
john - yeah i know they support quads, but just curious if they'd allow 8 or 16 output LNB's. Don't see why not if you pay for the extra viewing cards.

Is this necesary when twiggy already has sky and just wants to add an extra box?

i fitted one last week on my day off. the dish was already aligned and all i had to do was plug in the extra cables, just make sure you don't move the dish and you'll be alright

Just run some coax from the sky box downstairs to the conservatry, get a SKY sender for the remote for £25 job done.

But then the two boxed have to watch the same thing, just as easy to run some Ct100 from the LNB to the new box location, Quad LNBs are dead cheap on ebay but you should already have one.
And yes, sky do support Octo LNBs

yeah but i wasnt sure if they would be in both places at one, will need to get another sky viewing card though that way.
