best thing to clean the under side of the car with so i can re seal it all?

I would imagine, use a degreaser of some sort. Jet wash the under side, spray a far bit of degreaser, spray again after 5 mins etc, aggitate, spray again, and rinse. Have a look at autobrite direct website for cheaper degreasers!.
