What is the difference between the sport's decat and a GSI's or any other models?

Nothing, they use the same exhaust system and the same manifold, so I don't see why there would be a difference Steve.

cat area's identical.
unless on a 12v (where the cats part of the manifold.

Only a different manifold where the SAI joins, the C16XE one doesn't have it, but all the ports, flange etc are the same aren't they?

yep... just the SAI hole, and routing between ports which are different.

no c16xe has a longer downpipe or manifold, they are different

Yes they are different, the x16xe decat pipe is a different shape to the c16xe cat.i.e different shape bend, slightly longer.

X16 manifold(SAI), downpipe and cat are all different.
