demon tweeks do some but works out about £400 each side, there are 2 types of standard lower arms some that are just the top and 2 side and some that are stronger that have 4 sides i think the grp a one's have another triangulation point that stops movement under heavey braking, acceleration etc

iv found out some info anyway mate, just rose joint standard ones, cut a plate to fit over them, weld it up and bobs your dads brother

That's what i was thinking of doin just wanted to confirm that it goes in place of the standard tie bar, from top of arm to front bottom panel

on the standard bottom arm there's a tie rod that bolts to the top of the arm and bolts to bottom of the front cross member this is through either standard rubber bushes or stiffer poly bushes this can be changed to a rose jointed rod which has no give and is better for trackdays etc as there's no movement under heavy breaking or acceleration
