Wallpaper is a pack I downloaded. Not really a fan as I'm picky about the fact you can barely see anything due to the time and unlock bar. 
Theme is called "Simple Sky"
Not really found many decent applications to install so far.
"Poof" is really decent, it hides icons you don't want, that Apple don't give you the option to delete (Mail, Stocks etc). I don't use them so I just hide them. You can even choose to hide Poof but I'm not sure that'd work, cause how would you get it back.....?
Needs a bit more work but I think it looks pretty cool.

At first I hates these, but had a play on a mates properly last night, and they're not that bad Might wait untill the second version comes out with bluetooth etc before I get one though
