lost the haynes manual. Got everything back on, but no the brakes hit the floor. unless you keep pumping them, self adjuster is working, handbrakes works, i reckon i have a air block in the system, cant see a bleed nipple tho??? Not leaking fluid as cant see anyhting leaking and the fluid level isnt dropping.

You'll have to pump the pedal 6 or 7 time to get a good pedal again. Try the handbrake a few times.
Here's a pic i took of mine.

Oh and the nipple is round the back of it all. You don't need to remove the wheel to get to it.
If the pedal isn't getting hard then i'd guess that the shoes are not on the pistons at the top.

right back from the test run, brake pedal hits the floor but wil stop the car. Hard to the board is like average brakin, if te brake pedal is pumped it does become more responsive but still feels spongey. Oh i must add this, when my mate was taking the drum off which ripped off the shoes it did knock the end off the brake cylinder which leaked fluid, popped it back on almost right away. After that no fluid can be seen leaking, could this just be an airlock?

Sounds like it maybe an airlock.
At the back of the brake cylinder is where the bleed nipple is. Can you spray some WD40 on it and wire brush it? Then tomorrow (when you have daylight) have a go at bleeding it. Make sure that you have a the propper bleed nipple spanner so you don't round it off.
Also double check tomorrow that it is all back into the right place.

I hope not. You should be able to see it or feel it with your fingers. If it has been snapped off then i would look at changing it for a new one. I changed everything of mine.
That bit at the top of this....
Exploded view for you.

They don't cost that much. Do you have a Halfords Trade card? If not, get one. It'll end up costing about £10 each!!!

Update
Now sorted, fitted a new cylinder to the rear everything is spot on now. bled the brakes, pedal feels better than before.
Steve thanks very much for all your help, much appreciated. The other wheel bearing was done just before i bought the car as it welded its self on and snapped the stub axle off.
Oh and the tyres lasted a while, not too bad for a budget tyre either pretty good grip in the dry and wet
