How can I raise the rev limit to x16xe without any rr mapping maybe a chip ?

No, how do you propose the ECU would know what fueling it needs otherwise?
Why do you want to raise it?

I have some cam's and inlet on the engine and I can feel the car can rev more. last night i tried it out and it getting in rev limit too quickly and i can feel that in gears can handle more revs.

Dastek Unichip are suppose to be a good upgrade but im not to sure how bigger difrance it would make.
