want to paint plastic trim on the arches and bumpers on my 1.4 sport. forgive me for being a complete noob but how do the bumpers and arches come off, cant find a 'how to' anywhere? was thinkin matt/gloss black. anyone done this sorta thing already also wondering how it would look. cheers guys

there is loads of 10mm nuts on the back of the arches, only prob is that they spin and they break off the back of the arch.
As for the bumper, when the arches are off, take the 8mm off at the grill, and there is some underneath, then it should come off.
