Whats the difference between a standard XE/LET Head to a Cocast one?
Not sure of what the difference is if its to do with power gains or not, is it worth considering fitting one to my C20LET?
And Ive heard alot about fitting the XE Inlet cam to a C20LET to give a gain in power but again, is this a myth or has it been done and proven with gains in power?
Would have used search as Im sure its been asked before.
Cheers

cost cast is just another head made by another company, not any real gain changing it..
and yes, the xe cam does give a power increase, but need's to be setup with a using a ajustable pully

theres no power gain in changeing the head and you can gain 10bhp by fitting a xe inlet cam and reatarding it by 1/2 a tooth so you would need a set of adjustable pulleys
