I need some advice on wheel specs for my Corsa.
I'll be running at least a 60mm drop on the rear, I test fitted a mate comp wheel which is 7" wide with a 49 offset. The inside of the wheel hits the inside arch quite a lot.

I was just wondering what wheels people on here have on there lowered Corsa. What tyre width can I fit on a 7" and 6.5" wheel?

original vauxhall wheels, et49 offset and can go 75/80mm front and up to 110mm rear

What offset and width are your wheels and what size tyre?
Like I said I tried a 16" comp with 49 offset which is exactly Vauxhall spec and it fouled the body. They'd have to be spaced out by 8-10mm.

Vauxhall ccereaso (sp) wheels off of a cav 15" with 195/45-15 tyres down 60mm with no problems

Also driven home from the pub with three fat mates in the back with no problems (except mudflaps catching

) and thats with the wheels right in the arches 100mm plus style

probly down to how wide the comps are, not sure how wide vauxhall alloys are..

ive got astra gsi alloys (195/45/15) and had a few mates in the back when i had -90mm rear springs in and didnt catch/rub once..

and ive sold my 90s to get lower ones..

think vaux ones are genrally 6.5

The comps are 7" wide. I'm trying to find out what offset is best with a 6.5" wheels.
I have a set of irmscher wheels that are 6.5" and ET42.

can go low on irmsher softstars as there et49, so you must not have those..

just get some nice vauxhall alloys, 6.5 and et49 can go like 110mm rear, arch lower than the wheel lip..
