went to the shop the other day..cars been runnin perfect.
parked up, came out and the corsa wouldnt start...
turn key and nothin happens, lights come on, but no noise or tick over.
some times all the lights come on bright as per usual and all electrics work perfectly, but 30 seconds later after takin key out and tryin again, nothin works, lights are dimmer and things like leccy windows struggle to work
its a corsa 1.6 sport, any ideas please?

bad earth connection by the sounds of it.

First thing to check battery terminals clean and tight then earth points on all cables. also possible ign switch connection fault. start at the basics then work along.

You need a new battery
I went in halfords when I had my corsa, bought an air freshner and the same thing happened, bought a new battery and It was fine

did your electrics work fine one min then nothin at at all the next, thn 5 mins later all electrics were fine again?

So did you find the problem? my money is on a earth problem but you never know with motors.
