Wondered if someone could help me!

I can screw my rev counter into the top of my gearbox! threads are buggerd on it. Do i have to buy a new gearbox or can it get sorted without removing the box??

Any help please! i spent an hour trying to screw it in tonight but it only went on with a little thread and just falls off

Change the speedo drive its only 1 bolt

there will be a 10mm nut where the speedo screws onto.undo that and pull the plastic speedo drive out of the box. then play about with the 2 and try and get it on ..i used sum plumbers ptf tape on mine which worked.then push the whole thing back into the box and put the 10mm bolt back in
