what kind of gains do u rekon a chiped ecu would do to a 2.0 16v?

if its just an off the shelf item prob just upped fueling over the rev range. Not really worth it.
If it were me i'd fit a few choice mods to the car.... exhaust, manifold, cams etc then use a mappable ECU and get it mapped on a rolling road so it suits your car.
