What do people use?

I have always tended to use Spybot but recently found Malware Bytes to detect more spyware and remove it.

Looking for something i can use on my pesonal computer and don't mind paying a few quid as long as it works.

Windows Defender.

Although, I find nothing removes spyware caught from viewing porn

Windows Defender is a bit crap in all fairness. Not in my life have i seen it detect any form of spyware
