has anyone done and if so how? would like a bit more space between my exhaust and fan as everyone knows xe's are a tight squeeze

ive done it, its easy but u will have to reverse the wires on the fan thou as ul be drawing through heat from the exhaust, just cut the plastic casing till uve got the square bit that surronds the fan take your slam panel off slot it where u think you need it and make some bracketstop and bottom you can leve the rad in whilst doing this to, just dont put the peak of the fan near the bonnet catch as when you shut it, it will catch on the fan, you will have to redirect the wiring to it and by adding about a foot of wire to relocate

cheers matey. dont really fancy taking my slam panel off though so ill struggle with just the bumper and nudge bar off lol

that nudge bar is the slam panel, the center of the motor sits nicely in the back of it

i thought the slam panel was what the bonnet shuts onto. im talking about the nudge bar behind the bumper or is that where your talking about

I've used a Corsa air con fan on the front of my Radiator.
I used these through the slats in the radiator to secure the fan.
