Hi everyone
Is the Clutch release bearing the same on all F gear boxes, as mine is making a right racket and wondered i could use one of a f13 as mine is an f20.

Later boxes use Hydraulic release bearings which are completely different..
I'm not sure if the standard ones are compatible AFAIK the shaft is thicker on the big block boxes?

...Anyway they cost next to fuck all and thats one of the last things you want to risk using a second hand part on after taking all that effort to remove the box.

Cheers dave at least someone on here knows LOL, i wasnt to sure wether i could buy them seperate or not, if you can how much, as my clutch is fine its a brand new paddle, but i put the gearbox back on and the damp has got to the release bearing and is making a right racket, easy enuf to do on the f20s with flat type flywheel anyway.
