basically my sis has got the above and it cuts out when u take ya foot off the acclerator and cuts out when u pull upto junctions and stop and engine management light comes on any ideas what it is thanks

well it does or it doesnt lol,
if the speedo doesnt work this normally gives them symtoms, but if it works that rules that out

mine used to do this. It was all down to a clogged up idle air valve that just basically needed cleaning out.

mine did this, egr valve, more likely idle contral valve though if it doesnt idle rough

ive just got over this problem mate it was a little black box plug next to the airbox top right woz slightly disconected try pushing it bak 2geva a bit
