also how do you get the ball joint off that connects to the steering, as i undid it until it was about to come off, then the inside of the ball joint is now rotating

edit: just got driveshaft out so just need above bit answering about ball joint

Ball joint that connects to the steering - do you mean the track-rod end?

i kept hitting it down to see if it would grip but ended up using thin vise grips once mines did that

yeh it was track rod end, done now though
