Author saving a ms word file as ".doc"

just saving a document is ok for ".doc"

Trying to upload a document in ms word and its saying can only be .doc or ppdf file....

HELP!

What version of Office? If it's newer it'll be doing it as .docx

Change that in the save bit to an old version.

If it's Works not Word it will be .wps
