Take a hair dryer, heat gun to them n heat them up for a min or 2 the gently peel the strips off. Any adhesive left on use white spirt or somit similar n rub it on, should come straight off just dont go to mad with the cloth or u could end up takin paint off

This is what I did for mine n worked a treat mate, make sure you polish the dulled paint underneath wiv t-cut or somit like

If you have already peeled them off, Fudge wheel will work perfect.

Hair drier (not too close) and t-cut
