Morning All,
Under braking at around 5-10mph i get a knock noice from my car? Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

Something is loose or broken.
Could be CV, Track Rod End, Ball Joint, Bearings, The Wheel or Caliper.
Jack it up and investigate.

jack up check bolt tighteness
wobble the wheel at 9:15 and 6 0, if it wobbles in both these directions its wheel bearing or CV
if its just 9:15 it could be your track rod end

mine did this aswell and it ended up being my tie rod bar bushs but they are an easy fix
