Whats involved if i wanted to fit it to a sport that dosnt have it?

Of course i know il have to get everything from a corsa with air con. And mess around with fitting it to the engine and drilling holes in the blukhead and problery changing the heater assembly but anything else?

Buy a car with A/C.. It will take you days and costs £100's.

its alot more hassle that its worth when you conder the things you take out when removing it

need a pump
ac rad
ac coolant rad
ac pipes
ac os engine mount

Also need the glove box, condeser, new seals, A/C heater panel, A/C matrix housing, clockwise tensioner, longer aux belt, the loom, etc. etc.

Which is all stuff i thought. I just wanted a list not peoples opions on it!

And i can get gassing done free so i dont care about that.

If you know what parts you need and you have a mate who can gas air con so would assumably know about air con why are you asking?

Davey has a point though mate

its alot of work for not alot of gain, unless your taking your car where they actually have good weather

The car is a shell atm and will be doing lots of miles overseas too. Hence me wanting.

I know its not somthing that will cost £10 or be easy.
