Hello ppl. rite im abit confused on sumthin. ive sin sum1 advertise an interchangable cat 4 a decat...... can any1 tell me wot the diff is btween a decat pipe and a interchangable 1. it sed its more easy 2 use. but that means shit 2 me.lol.

new to me too, interchangable just sounds bodge to me (nothing worse then a blowing exhaust) seeing as a de-cat is only two bolts to begin with anyway don't see how easier then that you can get

well apparently the cat jus slots on easy 4 the mots instead of takin the decat off n puttin cat bak on. god knows.

well as we r on the subject on decats...... im havin thoughts on weather 2 get 1 or not? wots the upside n dwnside of havin a decat n wud i b able 2 get 1 that has a built on pie that runs all the way 2 the backbox. i dnt wnt the silencers on my mid section so wna replace it. i jus dnt wnt a full straight thru pipe. can any1 help????lol.

could get that done at any custom exhaust place powerflow/longlife etc. however you do need sum back pressure. manifold back would be so loud, removing the cat causes it to run a bit boggy in the low revs and any gain would be right at the top of the rev. i'd just get cat-back without centre silencer and a 4-2-1 manifold
