I must admit their rural coverage seems a bit crap, but around London I get much better service than I did with Vodafone. I now get 5 bars in my flat compared to 1-2 previously...

Phone them up and verify you have the right SIM card. Sounds like a similar problem my friend had...

Nothing but good things to say about them up here in Glasgow. I used to travel around the UK a lot with work and most of the time got a 3G connection.

Same, never had problems where ever i've been. Infact i even managed to get a signal up Snowdon unlike my friends on Orange and Vodafone (although it's orange only in Beddgelert)

I moved from Voda to O2 as the voda coverage was crap, no problems since being on O2.
