right i need to remove my c20xe engine out of the corsa but i am keeping the gearbox in, is it just a case of unbolting the engine from the gearbox and pulling it out?

ye pretty much mate, do everythink you would normally do to take the engine out but just unbolt the box and leave the shafts ect in thats what i did
