Ok im sure theres a few people on here who have got the kit MJ sells and have got theres working fine so can you tell me what im doing wrong please or what you did differently.

So this is the kit, ive labbeld a few things..

The 'Connecter 1' is the same fitting as the back of the standard corsa headlight bulb so it has to either go on the right or left side connecter which would normaly push onto the corsa bulb..(Ive tried both sides)

The 'Unknown' connector I presumed was an earth but when i touch it to the neggative batt terminal it just makes one of the lights flash thats it...

Tried swapping things round but no joy, as far as I can see everythings fine, fuses are ok it came supplied with 15A but manual says use 20A? Tried that to but nothing...

This is what confuses me though in the manual it says when using the H4 kit which is what this one is you have to swap the diode round?

Its also funny how it says the wires are black red red when they are brown blue white

So anyone on here got a clue, hopefully someone has fitted this kit.

Cheers

The wires only plug into one place.

Red and black thick ones to the battery, the connector that looks like a bulb plug into one of the bulb connectors then plug the rest into the only place they fit

connector 1 plugs into one of the factory sockets which before the hids were fitted plugged to the back of the halogen bulb. earth cable just needs a decent earth otherwise the lights wont work.

Give 12v direct to the ballast if you've tried everything else and see if they fire up.

Cheers Mark

You know the standard corsa connectors that the 'connector 1' has to go into, well as theres 2 (one for each headlight) does it matter which one it goes in? and then you just leave the other one doing nothing yeh?

Cant really make it out but some of my connections on my Hid could go both ways, try turning some of the connections around. On the ballast box mines could fit both ways but they were marked - & + which i didn't notice at the start.
