As above. On level ground it shows the fluid level as over the Max line - can I simply syphon the extra fluid level away from the reservoir (hopefully stopping the pump from being noisy)?

BTW I personally did not overfill the PAS fluid before anyone has a go at me My brother on the other hand...

Remove it extra fluid asap before y *uck an oil seal from power steering rack also power steering fluid must be set to level when is is cold always !!!
