as it says, its mostly when i go round left handers or accellerate hard (obviously moving the engine) up put the spacer in the gearbox mount which helped abit but it still hits it, any ideas?

its the c20xe single V pully

Your engine mounts may be too soft, fill 'em with sikaflex to stiffen them up or just smack the bodywork back pikey stylee.
