Does it fit the seh? and if I get the ecu for a seh will I need to get the key and the the other stuff to go with it? Going to take a trip to the local breakers and need some quick info

It may do, not 100% sure though, you shouldnt need the key for it unless it has the immobiliser in which case you may need the chip. Just the usual matching engine loom and other bits as in an XE conversion.
