I am not one to pick up on grammar and spelling but that really is terrible. If you are asking for help it is worth taking the time to properly form the sentence and spell the words correctly

Have you tried google?
First result showed the the tightening sequence:

According to the manual the tightening sequence is:

= 10--6- 2--3--7 =

= 9--5--1--4--8 =
-------------------

And another quick search showed me the torque measure for the head bolts.

I would tell you the answer but you have not even said what engine code you need the measures for?
