Got some lacquer problems on my car, want to know the best thing i can do to improve the looks of the dodgy bits.

First up, bit on the roof, lacquer has completely gone, bird shit i guess


Second up, Just appears to have gone fuzzy, what can i do?


Any help is great, Ta very mucho.
