hi guys, just looking for a bit of advice really. got a full sportex exhaust fitted including manifold, decat, race tube and rear box on my 1.6 sport. just had coilovers fitted ready for PV but now the exhaust bangs against axle. problem is that the sportex system doesn't have a flexi pipe so can the exhaust be re-hung higher or do i hav2 have a flexi fitted???
Corsa 1.6 sport - 1
1.7 puma engined fiesta - 0
Keeping corsa's on the redline since 2008

you can try getting a ruber exhaust hanger and cable tie it to the axle mate. That will take the noise away.
To be honest they are poorly designed systems.

use exhaust heat wrap, wrap it around the bit thats knocking and use steel heatproof cableties to keep it there job done.

I'd disagree - got a Sportex system on mine and it all fits and lines up perfectly - no issues atall

Is yours 100% aligned properly?
Mine sat low until I rotated parts to the right positions etc - results were bang on - as said, it sits perfectly - took some time to set it up properly, and didn't need smaller rubbers etc - was worth the extra effort instead of rushing to get it on!
