Just as my norton antivirus ran out last month my laptop has now got a virus. As im not a computer geek and do not have money to waste, what shall i do now?

Uninstall norton, download AVG or Avast (google them)... There free and do a better job than Norton ever will. Mark this the day in your calendar you got rid of Norton, it truly is a special day.

AVG has become a pile of shite laterly. I've actually switched over to Symantec Endpoint Protections and have had no issues so far. However, don't get chance to watch porn anymore

Download Malware Bytes - decent little application. Run this and AVG Free, job done

As said, AVG and Malware Bytes should fix the problem.

If you're having problems downloading them, download the installation files on a separate computer, copy them to a memory stick then install them via the memory stick.
