changed the engine in my 1.6 sport and struggled to start and idle on its own now just ticking over

chqanged plugs no effect
changed crank sensor made a differance but still misfire
changed cam sensor made no differance
going to do compression test tomorrow was going to do it tonight but midges getting the better of me

am losing patience now any help would be appreciated

mine did this wen i got it it was egr valve and crank sensor its fine now pal .?


but now my stem seals are goin and head needs doin

changed the crank and cam sensor
al try the egr valve tomorrow

mine was doing this lately aswell and it was the ecu i had checked/replaced everything i could think of

a changed the engine mate
and then had a misfire now not starting at all

get it plugged into a diagnostics mate thats your best bet

You swapped all the immobilser bits and ecu over yeah?

did u swap the chip and transponder over? or you still using your original ecu?

the ignition transponder, chip in key and ecu

still the orignal ones
only bought the bare engine no loom etc
