Hi all,
Recently bought a C20XE off a lad on here and a day after i bought it, its misfiring.
I have changed the plugs, leads and coil pack.
Still the misfire is present, its bad when idle and bad when driving, if i try to boot it then it will come out of misfiring for a second then misfire again.
Before i changed the coil pack when i took off number 3 HT lead the engine made no difference, which is why i have changed coil and ht leads.
I have been told its going to be something to do with a lambda sensor or MAF sensor, possible TB's need cleaning too?
Can't get the car on a diag machine as it doesn't read.
Help because i havn't got a pot to piss in and i now own a car which stands me £1400 and is misfiring.
It's a post 92 engine with coilpack not dizzy.
Any help would be really appreciated!
