I've installed it once before, really enjoyed it, quite a novice but I'd like to learn more.
Currently on a 32-bit version of windows 7.
I'm looking for:
-easy to use GUI
-installable from a .exe or similar installation, no CD install
-dual bootable with my windows 7 copy

Mint, Ubuntau or Mandriva is where its at.
I think all of the above offer 'Live CD's' for you to test first.
If your thinking of dual booting, install windows then linux.

Mint and Ubuntu are both Debian based distros... (easy!)
Ubuntu 10.04 for me... Had issues with my 3G stick using Mint, but seemed to work fine in Ubuntu.
