Well there was me thinking it would be easy like my old car...... or not!
Took my sony gt50ui out of my corsa and plugged it into my mk4 golf 53 plate only for it to work but with problems.
Switches self off then on whilst driving only to turn back on at high volume, select different input ie cd to radio it also jumps the volume right up, screen sometimes lights up with all possible lines and when you adjust the volume it works fine when going down but when turning up it jumps to 24 (loud) and then again to 32!
So has anyone come across this as ive been searching and have found nothing.
Any help would be great people
