hi there, i spect this may have been up before but i ent sure!
i got told ........
in a corsa gsi, if they have manuall windows and you want to put electric in it. The plug is already there for electric conversion?? 
All you got to do is put the window loom and mercinisum in????
do you get me??

Probably true m8 cause i put a heated seat panel in my car the other day from the cavalier. And all the loom for heated seats and switches were there! How wierd is tha lol

Not all of them.
My first one had electric windows, my second didn't
Stupid spec cars, who would pay 12k in 1993 and not have electric windows FFS?
Considering the Nova GSi had electric windows.

Open the door wide and locate the loom conduit, bendy rubber looking thing. Door end has a plastic grip section on it, turn that towards you and it'll release the loom, count the pins, not sure how many you need from memory to do the window conversion but if its fully populated you may be in luck.

They don't all come with electrics, if you open either door, pull off the multi plug and check the number of metal pins, if there are approx 20, then your loom supports electric windows and you can easily install them...else it'll be difficult and you'll need to mess about a lot...too much hassle

A GSI is a pretty high-spec model so I cannot see why they wouldn't have the loom installed, ready for upgrade

ryt i got a loom off a corsa sport which had electric windows and mirrors ect...
an i opend my door on my gsi and there are 16 pins!! andon the sport loom it got 16 pins!!!
so i maybe in luck!!
ill try it and let you all know how i got on~!!

good luck! Gonna check my new corsa later to see if she's got enough pins. It's a LS model IIRC. It has a few features like boot light, beeping noise when you open door with headlights on so it's not like a merit. Hope it has, will be great
