this is seriously pissing me off now,
i have a corsa gsi (x16xe engine)
since i have had it the engine management light comes on when decelerating and doesnt go off untill i turn the car off and then back on, i read the faults on a modis and they came up as the egr system and egr position.
so i baught a brand new egr and fitted it, cleared the codes. and now the eml is coming back on saying the same things !
really getting annoyed now and just want it sorted any advice? that isnt blanking it off?

put some fuel cleaner in it with some v-power fuel and give in a run up the motorway using mainly 3rd and 4th

i have some fuel treatment stuff at my work, do you think this will clear it?

just done this and its running so much better and faster, im still using the vpower tho so i will see when i goback to reg unleaded. is it possible that vpower could cause such a change in performace or has it cleaned it out?
also the eml is still coming on :@
