Hey av got a plain standard black bumper a bought rite it was flaking paint sum1 paint be4 so it came off, bt me beening a diz a painted over it matt black nt flaking bad tho, bt iv desided to paint gloss black just wondering whats d best fast way to paint al trim like quick sanding lite sandin n primer . . What sandpaper n primer tho ,
