Usually just have to heat the old flywheel, remove the ring gear then put it on the new flywheel and leave to cool/contract.

Don't heat the flywheel or you'll be there a while trying to get it off, wanna heat the ring gear,
Is the new fly a lightened standard one or a billet one?
I would try fitting it by normal method, if it's abit loose I'd throw 4 stitch welds on it, all at 90degrees, that's if it's a billet one, then it'll need re balancing.

If it's tight on it, then I wouldn't bother welding it, just a pain in the ass, if you have to rip it apart to do it again.
Is that for standard clutch set up? Or 7.25inch?
