Was fine yesterday (although I may need a crank sensor) but apart from that, fine. There's no eml come on with all the warning lights when I turn the key. Ive got a funny feeling it's the ecu as some of the connections are rusty. Just wondering if Anybodys had the same prob?

2.0 8v conversion, rubber grommet wasn't in properly but it's in now. Water thing happened a while ago, dried it out worked fine now car doesn't start. Would you say it's the ecu? Or could it be crank position sensor? because I done the paperclip test the other day and threw up codes for air temp sensor and crank position sensor? (took crank sensor off yesterday and some of the wires been melted)
